However, the best EFI 460 head is the F3TE which features larger intake runners/revised guide bosses and the exhaust ports have also been cleaned up. Also, the valve sizes returned to the older 2.09 x 1.65 spec. I think that since the port contours where revised that they will flow far better than the older E7TE's. WebApr 16, 2024 · The difference is the ported E7TE head is doing it with 150cc port. I would not hog that port out, I would Pitot and graph that port and remove only what you really need to hit your goals. David will be a big help with this. The exhaust will need a full workup but they should go 175cfm or more without issue. Thanks, Charlie

The E7TE head has a better intake arrangement than the D3VE, main problem is not enough of a good thing, just not enough material in the places needed to make a killer intake port.
