I am currently using an ethernet cable.

The strange thing is that when I do ipconfig /all I can see the 'Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection', I can see the 'Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller' in device manager as well, without any errors. Just not in the network connections panel. Now there is some errors in the logs:

Web13 feb. 2024 · A few days ago the 2.4 Ghz disappeared from our devices. 5 G still shows up throughout the house but we can't connect to the nighthawk app unless down in the room with the router. The router hasn't moved and nothing has been changed with the set up from the time when everything worked. I've connected to support via chat multiple times.
