WebYorshka's Chime is indeed the best at what it does - Pure damage at 60fth. Sure, at 99/99 int Caitha's is the best out of anything that casts miracles, but people can't afford to go above 40 on both int and fth. So yes, with your build, which uses both int and fth, Yorshka's isn't that much better.
