WebTheurgist - They are a Pet spam class. They get a group Movement Speed chant which can be super helpful when running around leveling. Instead of a controlled pet that you give orders to, you create temporary pets. Earth spec gives melee pets, that run forward and attack targets. They last the longest. This spec also gives PBT (Pulsing Blade Turn).
